The economic value held in local economies is now able to be exchanged in P2P, B2C and B2B activity as a means of exchange and unit of account in Supply and Demand trading.

In simple terms, when a user wants to fund their account, they pay it to a local business that has made sales on the platform, and want to liquidate their sales  -  the seller is just completing their sales in a collective way, by exchanging it in local cash payments, made by users wanting the digital capital ( and completing another buyer's purchase )  -  it's a way of paying it forward, by paying out another buyer's purchase that generates the velocity of local cash by leaving it to continue circulating in the local communities  -  this helps form an immediate trust between the seller and the buyer when that happens, which's as old as Commerce itself.

The digital capital is a universally distributed capital that remains in the hands ( digitally ) of the users, who can be either buyer or seller  -  the platform doesn't hold or transfer any local currencies across borders, its role is to maintain the security of ownership of the UDC as it's exchanged peer to peer around the world  -  the volume of available UDC is governed by the Productive Standard  -  with scalability linked to the volume of local inventories that are monetized and sold.

Adding a local economic infrastructure for Online Commerce

Being able to capture and validate the economic value of local inventories prior to being sold, changes the dynamics in commerce, and so avoids the need for finance and credit to be involved  -  instead a streamlined mechanism that operates between when supply is ready to be sold ( products sitting on shelves ) and when it is sold, is able to evaluate the inventories at full selling prices in real-time, and use this value to govern the quantity of the new capital as it flows throughout the local communities.

Until now SMEs and even big business it has been difficult to gain finance from the financial system using inventory, or even plant and equipment to borrow against  -  what ComTechX set out to achieve is a new form of monetization that doesn't need the financial system and borrowed capital  -  instead any SME with inventory can outsource the selling of each unit of product or service and allow Automated Selling bring new cashflows to the business, without and fees or commissions  -  and if an SME needs capital to expand they can use the Free SME Funding to present their plans and invite the global crowd to directly back a business, without losing equity  -  or activate the option to receive free capital as part of the universally distributed incomes when the global crowd selects businesses and industries to fund when they add global locations to their portfolios.

The economic value is suitably termed as universally distributed capital as it operates at a global level with a stable value that's drawn from the aggregated value of global currencies, making UDC capable of being compared instantly with all local currencies  -  this means local users continue to operate in their local currencies but are shown the comparison values in the internet's UDC.

There are no charges or fees in operating an account, or even having spreads between local currencies, giving users a ubiquitous international unit of account to use in their daily lives  -  and whenever needed can liquidate into local currencies at stores that also liquidate their sales with users wanting to add to their accounts using local cash, which helps complete the sellers' daily sales.

Users now have the unique position of having a truly universally distributed capital that's owned by users and is governed by the inventories of local sellers, giving it the timely position of having a stable value that's backed by genuine productivity, something that's reminiscent of the early Gold Standard days.

What becomes obvious with the way the overall platform operates is that technology and innovation now provides the environment for businesses to be able to collaborate with a global crowd to help get a greater volume of predictable sales, and receive free capital to build their business, without the typical interest, fees or commissions  -  the incentives apply to both supply and demand sides of the market, where a perpetual stimulus can be generated in real-time by the ongoing flow of activity driven by the incentivized buyers and sellers, which adds direct economic growth into local economies.
